A complete wellness experience combining movement, recovery and deep relaxation. Start with a gym workout, enjoy a holistic massage and extend the moment with access to the thermal area.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To preserve the environment of our thermal area, the use of swimwear (swimsuit or bikini) and a swimming cap is mandatory, for hygiene and safety reasons

We prioritise moments of family togetherness between 10:00 and 13:00, a period during which children are welcome. From 13:00 onwards, the space transforms into an exclusive sanctuary of tranquillity for guests aged 16 and over

Booking conditions and payment policies are adapted and differentiated for each package, and may vary according to the selected experience within our collection

In order to ensure an experience of absolute privacy and comfort, access to Serenity – The Art of Well Being is limited. To guarantee your tranquillity, we strongly recommend booking your experience in advance

Our Summer Collection invites you to moments of deep serenity, available by prior reservation. To ensure the excellence of your experience, we kindly request that bookings be made at least 48 hours in advance, with our Concierge or directly at Serenity – The Art of Well Being. Please note that availability may vary during festive seasons

We value the harmony of your time and our schedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel your wellness experience, we kindly ask you to contact us at least 6 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period, or no-shows, will result in the full charge of the selected ritual.
